Ellie is the Founder and Managing Director of NOV8, formed as a result of her own journey – which has been described as both inspirational and ‘probably impossible’.
Ellie is passionate about inspiring and empowering people to be the best they can be. Prior to NOV8, CIMA qualified Ellie held a range of senior corporate finance and change management roles in B&Q, Johnson Controls and British Gas.
She is an INLPTA certified Trainer and Master Practitioner of NLP, qualified to use the psychometric tool MBTI and Cultural Transformation Tools. Ellie is an experienced facilitator, speaker and coach and her style is visionary, inspirational, action-orientated and compelling. John Hemingway
A Director of NOV8, John is a talented and experienced transformational facilitator, speaker and coach. A Chartered Engineer with a track record as a transformational IT leader, John has worked in a variety of industries in organisations including Smiths Industries, Gulf Oil, Pricewaterhouse Coopers, Codemasters and Sheffield Hallum University.
John is an INLPTA certified Trainer and Master Practitioner of NLP, qualified to use Cultural Transformation Tools and has many years experience in leading organisational transformation through his inspiring, thought-provoking and authentic style.
