Hilary Earle
Hilary is passionate about helping people
transform and is an experienced and qualified
coach and facilitator. She has designed
and delivered many transformational events
in leadership, coaching and emotional intelligence.
Hilary loves working with teams, helping
them to harness their collective synergy
to produce great results. Hilary gained
her considerable business experience in
a range of roles in John Lewis including
senior store positions and then as a regional
learning and development manager, latterly
based in their Head Office. Hilary is qualified
to use MBTI and often uses this to help
individuals really understand how they prefer
to be and what that means in their everyday
lives. |

Simon North
As a breakthrough coach Simon has supported
hundreds of individuals at key transitional
points in their lives. Simon enables people
to look creatively at their talents and capabilities
and understand how they can connect with a
market that will value them. When working
within organisations, Simon focuses on the
pressure points. Simon's coaching and mentoring
talent can also be combined with the non-executive
director role. Simon's eclectic background
includes working in HR at various levels for
blue chip companies to international HR Director,
in sales and marketing as an Operations Director
and as a Managing Director. In recent years
he has worked as an interim in various capacities
and as a head-hunter for an international
search firm. He has a BA in Sociology, a certificate
in coaching and is a Chartered Fellow of the
CIPD. |
