Tammy Miles
Tammy is passionate about guiding people to be the best they can be. With a Degree in Textile Design, NOV8 customers will be familiar with Tammy’s creativity and imagination borne out in our rich range of magical event props. Tammy has a particular passion for cultural transformation in Schools through guiding teachers to become authentically Inspiring Leaders in the classroom. An INLPTA certified Master Practitioner of NLP, Tammy’s style as a facilitator is reflective, intuitive and empathetic.

Elaine Sinclair
Elaine is PA to NOV8 Directors Ellie Hemingway and John Hemingway, and Business Coordinator supporting NOV8 behind the scenes. Her focus is managing the liaison between employees, customers and suppliers. Elaine has a background in retail management and regional sales management within pharmaceuticals. She has managed successful medical sales teams where she coached, trained and supported individuals to meet their full potential. She also mentored new Sales Managers. She has liaised closely with marketing teams on product launches and marketing campaigns. She loves working with highly motivated teams and being part of a vibrant fast paced environment. Elaine has a B.Sc. in Physiology.
