John is a talented and experienced senior
facilitator and coach. CA qualified John spent
over 20 years in a variety of senior leadership
roles, and is now passionately engaged full-time
in helping people transform into who they
want to be. Energised by helping people see
possibilities and stepping into them with
courage, passion and energy, John uses both
experience of his own personal transformation
and a range of powerful tools to dynamically
guide people to achieve their desired outcome.
John is a Master Practitioner of NLP, an Insights
Accredited Licensed Practitioner, and a qualified
member of the International NLP Trainers Association.

Karen Meager
Karen’s mission is enabling people
to be all that they can be. In blending
her business background in financial services
with her psychology training, Karen works
with businesses and individuals to identify,
clarify and achieve their full potential.
She evolved into training through business
after working for ten years running call
centres, sales and marketing teams and operational
business units so she really understands
the challenges managers and businesses face
in these areas. Karen has an MBA, is a qualified
member of the International NLP Trainers
Association and a Psychotherapist (DipNLPt).
